MyTally Inc. (“MyTally”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in a transparent and responsible manner. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we or our third-party payment processor may collect billing details necessary to process payments. MyTally does not store full credit card numbers unless explicitly stated and supported by secure payment processing infrastructure.

We automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you access the Service. This may include your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and general interaction data. This information helps us understand how users interact with the platform and allows us to improve functionality and performance.

If you are a customer of a business using MyTally’s loyalty platform, we may process limited information on behalf of that business, such as your name, contact details, loyalty points, and redemption activity. In such cases, the business remains responsible for its relationship with you and for obtaining any required consents.
